Year 2

Within PE this half term in Year 2, we have been focusing on fitness. We have taken part in lots of activities including a fitness circuit, the bleep test, HIIT training and even a team challenge created by Miss Beaumont. Through these activities we looked at why we should fitness test and started to look at the different fitness components such as endurance, power and balance. We also looked at how a healthy and unhealthy diet differs and what short and long term effects we can experience from exercise.
