It's a dangerous world out there folks, and this term we are learning all about it! Volcanoes, earthquakes and other natural disasters are our main focus, with a sideline in creating our own fairground rides. These will be able to be looked at by parents at our dragon's den style show at the end of this half term. 



Year 1 thoroughly enjoyed their tour of our independent projects last half term, and we will be continuing with working on our own ideas every Friday this half term; I have heard rumours of working gas masks and giant models of unicorns are on the waysad.
Our Class is already alive with the sounds of disaster! We have created our own giant gods and godesses of disaster, based on the myth of Pele, goddess of volcanoes from Hawaii! There is also disaster looming in our displays...
