In DT, we have been working with moldable materials. As we have been learning about rivers, we first designed a 3D river system. Next, we used card board as a base and manipulated chicken wire to represent the landscape. Once we were happy with the position of the wire, we used modroc to cover the wire. Finally, once it had dried, we painted the river and land onto the landscape.
As well as this, as part of our work for the Artsmark award, we manipulated wire to produce some beautiful dragonflies.
