This half term in Year 5, we have been focusing upon fitness. This has involved exploring different training methods such as HIIT, aerobics and circuit training. Within this, we became fitness instructors where we created our own workout and then taught these to the class!
We have also participated in the bleep test and looked at the different fitness components involved within sport and exercise. Alongside these, we have developed our understanding about the long and short term effects of exercise.
