Year 3

Within PE this half term in 3AO, we have looked at fitness. We have participated in a range of activities including the bleep test, HIIT training and a fitness circuit. Through these activities we explored the long and short term effects of exercise such as sweating, increased heart rate and stronger muscles. We also discussed the importance of a nutritious diet and how this can help us live healthier, happier lives.
